Lauren had an early movement background in dance and gymnastics before discovering a passion for Yoga. She is able to guide you through the building blocks of inversions, yoga poses, and handstands.

Teacher training via the Fremantle yoga center.

She has been teaching Vinyasa Yoga at Notre Dame University and running her own open-air classes in the warmer months. Lauren will guide you through a 60-minute vinyasa yoga class followed by an optional 30 mins of acrobatic exploration and movement including inversion practice, handstands, and balances, as well as acrobatic movement, to work on strength and balance.

With my background in Gymnastics, Dance, and Sport - I truly fell in love with Circus as it is the ultimate blend of many movement styles. Leading with the mindset that we dance with our eyelashes - I teach a variety of styles from Pilates to Circus Acrobatics and all-around creative movement. The focus on function and emphasis on longevity is what I truly appreciate and incorporate into my classes. I am passionate and dedicated about finding a way for every different body to move and enjoy. Genuinely convinced I walk better on my hands than on my feet. I look forward to moving with you!
