We are ready and have some exciting news and trainers joining our team!

Classes for Term 2 have started last week! Have you missed your first 2 weeks?

No worries, you can always book in now or later, send us an email and we will amend your term fees.

DAY CLASSES ONLY, see below!

We are offering Pilates at 11 am Tuesdays and Yoga at 930 am Wednesdays - each one hour class will mobilize and energize your day

building a sound physical practice and introducing circus elements and strength along the way.

Classes are payable $15 at the venue by cash or card




OUR NEW DAY CLASSES

Pilates - Tuesday from 11 to 12.00 AM

Yoga Vinyasa & Handstands - Wednesday from 9.30 to 10.30 AM

These classes are conducted by qualified teachers and will incorporate additional elements of circus training in a gentle way.


MEET OUR NEW YOGA TEACHER

LAUREN AMSTRONG

Lauren had an early movement background in dance and gymnastics before discovering a passion for Yoga. She is able to guide you through the building blocks of inversions, yoga poses, and handstands.

Teacher training via the Fremantle yoga center.

She has been teaching Vinyasa Yoga at Notre Dame University and running her own open-air classes in the warmer months. Lauren will guide you through a 60-minute vinyasa yoga class followed by an optional 30 mins of acrobatic exploration and movement including inversion practice, handstands, and balances, as well as acrobatic movement, to work on strength and balance.


MEET OUR ACRO & PILATES TEACHER PARIS OVARD

With my background in Gymnastics, Dance, and Sport - I truly fell in love with Circus as it is the ultimate blend of many movement styles. Leading with the mindset that we dance with our eyelashes - I teach a variety of styles from Pilates to Circus Acrobatics and all-around creative movement. The focus on function and emphasis on longevity is what I truly appreciate and incorporate into my classes. I am passionate and dedicated about finding a way for every different body to move and enjoy. Genuinely convinced I walk better on my hands than on my feet. I look forward to moving with you!


MEET OUR ACRO & PERFORMANCE TEACHER NICHOLAS CRUSE

Nik Cruse is a former graduate of the Australian Performing Arts Academy with professional training in Dance. Singing, Acrobatics, and Musical Theatre before touring as a featured performer on cruise ships worldwide wide. He is sought-after new Australian talent and has been performing recently in major musical theatre productions such as Pirates of Penzance, We Will Rock you, The Boy from OZ, Pricilla Queen of Desert, and The Little Mermaid. Nic has also been a student of the Circus Centre for the last 2 years his favorite apparatus being Aerial Silk. We are very lucky to have Nik with us helping our Teens and will be working with them on performance elements in the future.




WHAT WE OFFER


For the young! Children's programs - CircusFun 5 years to 7 years & 8 years to 12 years - now with level certificates and development outcomes (learning from our progressive CircusFun Curriculum of age-appropriate circus skills - including acrobatics, balancing, tumbling, trampolining, trapeze, aerial silk, spinning Lyra, hula hoops, juggling, and much more). And our newest Jungle Circus program for active 4 years to 6-year-olds with a need to burn that afterschool energy in our unique creative circus jungle including - ( all the above but in an active nonstop circus circuit for max fun!). Plus Circus Birthday Parties & Holiday programs. Youth & Teen - Circus Arts development and performance programs.

For the young at heart! Adults - Aerial, silk, trapeze, Lyra, acro, pilates, yoga, fitness day/evening classes.

Why Circus?

Circus is one of the most extraordinarily well-rounded developmental activities children and adults can do. Fitness, strength, balance, hand to eye, cross midline, gross and fine motor and coordination skills are jam-packed in each class through progressive learning - and yet so FUN! That's why we say! It's not Magic, It's Circus!
